Gather Silverton Reviews
Clean, friendly place that will have your delicious meal in front of you in a short matter of time. I ordered the Better Burrito, which says it's vegan. (It does have avocado so some would argue that it's not vegan.) I loved it, and I don't follow any specific diet or way of eating. You could add meat or tofu if desired for an extra fee. Although, without any meat it was a big satisfying burrito. My partner tried the Buttermilk Biscuits & Gravy. He really enjoyed them stating how delicious they were. Very fluffy, with the right amount of butter and drowned in gravy. We also had the coffee to accompany our meals. Very delicious coffee that I didn't feel the need to add sugar to it. I just wanted to keep drinking it black or with a little bit of cream.
I have been to Gather a handful of times now. We live 40 mins away and it is definately worth the drive. They have good vegan and vegitatian options, their drinks are yummy, the food is amazing, and their pasteries are a must!! Their menu changes based on the seasonal food with I love since its local. They do have staples on their menue too! The best food is their sweet potato fries! I do no like them any other place! Try any lavender infused drink, you wont be sorry!
My friends and I stopped here on a whim after hiking Silver Falls and my god were we lucky to have stopped here! Food was great, service was wonderful and the restaurant was just the cutest ever! I had the Cappuccino but I HIGHLY recommend you try the Vanilla Chai (my friend ordered it and it was soooo good, I regretted ordering my cappuccino). For lunch I got the buttermilk chicken sandwich with their soup of the day (broccoli and mushroom soup). We also ordered a side of sweet potato fries for the table. It was all SO FREAKING GOOD! If I lived here, I'd probably dine here once a day. High recommend trying Gather :)
This place was Near the silver falls and had a great Menu for brunch, the place jnside seems very well decorated and had a nice homey feel, I ordered the sweet potato mash with sausage and was good but I wish the sweet potatoes were a little firmer, the sausage was delicious, I also had the lavender mocha coffee and it was delicious too, my friends got the steak hash, the steak needed more flavor but they had a homemade english muffin which was amazing, also we had the cinnamon roll pancakes, french toast for kids and also chocolate chip pancakes, the staff was nice :)
Very nice atmosphere, with great friendly service, and delicious food. I had the Pear Cranberry salad with Tofu and it was tasty and refreshing. Others on the table ordered the Quinoa salad, Chicken burger, 2 Angus Burgers and a Spring Pasta with Chicken. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. It took about 20-25 minutes for the food to come, a little long, but worth the wait. The only sad thing is I have No room for dessert.
